2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries made via the website www.aquatronic-podo.com, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Aquatronic primarily supplies professional end users (such as pedicurists) and recognized distributors/partners within Europe. By placing an order or requesting a quotation through this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Note: If you purchase an Aquatronic product through one of our official partners, different (additional) terms may apply. We advise you to also consult the terms of the relevant partner in that case.

3. Offer and Delivery

Various models of pedicure motors are presented on the website. You can:

  • Place an order directly (if available)

  • Request a quotation

  • Submit a request to become a partner/distributor

All offers are non-binding. Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days, unless otherwise stated or during exceptions (such as trade fairs or holiday periods).

Deliveries and shipping costs are the same as those of MSK B.V., as stated on www.msk.nl. See also article 7 below.

4. Warranty

All machines and accessories supplied come with a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise. Conditions and exceptions are identical to the warranty terms of MSK B.V.

Note:

  • Maintenance is not included in the warranty.

  • Warranty only applies with normal use and if repairs are carried out by MSK B.V. or a recognized service partner.

5. Returns

Returns are possible within 8 business days after delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

To request a return, please contact us in advance via info@aquatronic-podo.com to obtain a return form.

Note: If you purchased the product through a partner/distributor, their return conditions apply.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. For medical devices, the reduced VAT rate of 9% may apply. Payment can be made via iDEAL, bank transfer, or direct debit, depending on the type of order.

For specific products such as pedicure motors, furniture, and clinic furnishings, prepayment or payment upon delivery via PIN may be required.

In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees and interest.

7. Shipping and Delivery Costs

Delivery is made in accordance with the terms of MSK B.V.:

  • Within the Netherlands:

    • Above €75.00 (net): free shipping (up to 20 kg)

    • Between €29.00 and €75.00: €3.75

    • Below €29.00: €8.00

  • To Belgium:

    • Above €160.00: free shipping

    • Below €160.00: €8.95

For shipments over 20 kg or pallet shipments, additional costs may apply. Transport of equipment and on-site installation takes place by appointment and at an additional charge.

8. Liability

We do our utmost to provide correct information and guarantee proper delivery. However, MSK B.V. is not liable for:

  • Damage due to misuse or improper installation

  • Damage occurring during transport by third-party delivery

  • Indirect or consequential damages

For deliveries via partners, different liability terms may apply. Always check from whom you purchased the product.

9. Resale

Resale of Aquatronic products is only permitted with written consent from MSK B.V. Sale via platforms such as bol.com or similar channels is not allowed without prior permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to texts, images, logos, and other content on the website belong to MSK B.V. or its licensors. Nothing may be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

All agreements are subject to Dutch law. MSK B.V. operates in accordance with European regulations for sales within the EU. When purchases are made through international partners, local law may apply. In case of disputes, the court in 's-Hertogenbosch has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
